Beyonce announced that she was pregnant on the red carpet at the 2011 MTV Video Music Awards.
Beyonce later confirmed her pregnancy when she hit the stage to performed her track “Love on Top Of Me”, telling the audience, “I Want You To Feel The Love That’s Growing Inside Of Me”.After her performance Bey dropped the mic, opened her jacket and started rubbing her belly while her husband Jay-z saluted her from the audience and celebrated with Kanye West.
