Rraz a.ka.Bryan Dike is a Port Harcourt born rapper who always had music in him but it took a while his music motors started turning. Born into a family of four, Rraz is the last of his siblings, Rraz started making music when he met and became friends with producer & CEO of the NOD Factory back when he was in school, 3rd year to be precise.Rraz is a moniker he adopted from his days as an undergraduate.Rraz is a computer science graduate with a thing for music, he wrote his first lyrics in 2005 while in his third year at the Nnamdi Azikwe University. He views himself as “an artist cut from a different cloth”.Rraz is hip hop, a rapper who isn’t scared to fuse his rap skills with different genres of music from hi life, to rock, house, fuji and pop. Rraz isn’t scared to push the limits with his music, either dropping heavy punch lines on grimy beats or spitting subtle verses on mellow tunes. His first single ‘Nollywood’, featured Perez which he released in 2009 off his debut album “Pedigree (volume 1: Ready to blow)”, is a track that equates the beauty of his woman to that of top Nollywood stars. The track shows high quality production along with good vocals and coherent rhyming ability. The video was later released in February 2010 was directed by Clarence Peters. Rraz is back again with a new single “Robo” featuring Perez once again for this club banger, Robo is a slang concocted by the duo meaning lose all inhibitions, this is an edgy party starter and the main purpose is to make everybody lose it one the dance floor. The video was shot by Adasa The-Arc Cookey for Square ball pictures is a perfect representation of the song.
